We understand that your videos and pictures are private and confidential. All of our work is done locally, by us on secure computers running the latest software with up to date virus protection. Your videos are not watched by us in full while being converted. We check sections of the video to ensure a succesful conversion has been completed and nothing more. We store your videos locally on our secured device for 14 days after being converted and then they are permanatly deleted. We do this to protect you if you accidently delete the videos when you first watchthem and to also cover projects that are post returned in case they get lost in transit. If you do not want us to store your videos for 14 days, please let us know.
